McWaters offers a variety of areas for clients to use in the Columbia and Charleston, SC, locations.
A total of 2059 sq. ft. space divided into two functional spaces. 1156 sq. ft. of the space is used as a multipurpose room with a mixture of task and soft seating for 30 people. A communal bar-height table is centrally located in the space creating an ideal location for collaboration or functions as a serving buffet for catering.
The other 903 sq. ft. is used as a classroom with seating for 28 with fully mobile chairs and tables that can be positioned together in a variety of arrangements to meet the requirements of groups of all sizes. AV equipment includes two large projector screens, interactive whiteboards, and small personal marker boards.
A collaborative area with informal furniture that can seat up to 10 people. This 245 sq. ft. space, enclosed with glass walls, provides media sharing capabilities on a single touch screen monitor. Also available is a programmed device that can adjust the room’s settings to the user’s preference.
A formal meeting area of 498 sq. ft. with an oval conference table that comfortably sits 12, as well as a mixture of soft seating that can accommodate up to 12 additional people. Media sharing capabilities on two monitors and a large projector screen are provided in this space. Speakers and a microphone in the ceiling provide an easily accessible way to teleconference and video conference with participants in separate locations. The AV is programmed to one device that allows the users to adjust lighting, screens, and control shared media on the multiple monitors.
A smaller, more intimate space that seats six. This 173 sq. ft. space offers a conferencing phone, wall mounted monitor capable of sharing media, and a marker board. This is an excellent space for collaboration or individual training.
A 1100 sq ft. space with seating for 25 with a mix of soft seating on casters and small personal tables that can be pushed together to create small groups, and a large communal bar-height table at the back. AV equipment includes a large projector screen and an interactive whiteboard. All of the AV will be programmed to one device that allows the user to adjust lighting, curtains, screens, and share media between multiple screens.
A slightly more formal meeting space with seating for eight around a modern 10 ft. rectangular table with media sharing capabilities on a 90” monitor. Soon to have a programmed device to adjust space settings.
Open collaborative space that seats four to six people. More informal with lounge-type furniture and a canopy screen that shields the users from the rest of the open office. There is a large round low table with a conferencing phone and media sharing device that projects to the ~50” monitor mounted to Flex Frame with a small whiteboard.
