The fact that McWaters is a South Carolina-based company is important to me. I know that McWaters has my community's and my customers' best interest at heart.
McWaters commitment to investing in showrooms, great staff members, install crew and designers are what will set us apart from the rest of the market. I'm excited to be part of a team that is committed to giving the best service possible to our customers every day.
I try to think of all angles of what would work best for my customers and tailor their interior solutions to what are the most important factors to create their space. I’ve found that what everyone thinks is right for a space in the initial meeting is really quite different once the customer and I start having deeper conversations about their needs and goals.
So many companies are making their home in South Carolina and that's part of what makes it a great time to live and work here. We're seeing new businesses in every market from automotive, healthcare, tech, and government. Our new 6,500 square foot Charleston showroom due to open in February of 2018 will be a great resource to show what we can do with a space. We'll be doing relocation management, furniture, modular walls, flooring, and A/V. No other dealership in Charleston can touch the depth of work that we can accomplish and be experts in these fields. Not only do we have great products, we have a fully staffed office with over 30 combined years of experience in this industry.
We are committed to being not just a one time sale, but a partner in business.
I've learned that the right space can have a major impact on people's lives. For example, I once worked on a project at a hospital and it opened my eyes to how important that space is for patients and their families. After the project was complete, I had two close friends who have undergone many long stays in those same hospital rooms and they told me what a difference the space made on their stay.
Hearing how a great space can positively impact their experience makes me so happy. That is what life is all about!
