Our team worked with Elliot Davis to create a layout and aesthetic that would be reminiscent of the client's Charlotte office, while still maintaining the individuality for the Columbia market.
Design: The layout and aesthetic needed to be reminiscent of the client's Charlotte office, while still maintaining the individuality for the Columbia market. McWaters designers worked closely with the client and outside consultant to establish typical private office and workstation design and layouts.
Space: Project was based on the renovation of 22,700 square feet. This space renovation needed to account for 33 private offices, 44 workstations, conference rooms, and a training room.
McWaters procured, installed and moved the client into a new space which included multiple large conference rooms, private meeting rooms, and an interactive training room. One of the unique elements of this project is the large, high paneled work stations which create the privacy of an office within an open work station plan.
