Where It All Began

We opened our headquarters in Columbia, S.C. in 1945. Over the years McWaters has kept up with trends and new innovations in the design of corporate, educational, healthcare and government environments in order to provide our customers with the best products and services to meet their needs.  Over the past two years, we have seen tremendous growth within our Audiovisual and Technology service line.  Digital signage, fully automated conference rooms, programmable window shades and wireless presentation systems are just a few of the solutions that we creating and installing for our clients. In 2017, McWaters became a certified South Carolina state contractor for audio visual technologies.  

As our city continues to grow, we’re excited to be able to offer customers the types of spaces that help attract and retain top talent, use technology to solve business problems, and create a space that meets their business goals.

With 3,000 square feet of classroom and corporate training space, our Columbia Customer Experience Center is a favorite meeting spot for some of our technology partners, local non-profits, and even networking groups. Not only is it set up for collaboration, it’s full of some of our most popular and innovative products. That gives you the opportunity to begin getting an idea of the types of solutions we offer for your space. In fact, we often invite current customers to our space to try out some of the furniture and technology that we suggest using in their space. And if you can't make it to us, we offer a virtual tour that allows you to start to explore our space without leaving your desk.

When we start a project, we take a holistic approach.
